The articles of impeachment should have all been handled in the Judiciary Committee but it was taken to the Intelligence. Some say that is because Nadler was doing a poor job. ?? When it came time to put it back into the hands of Nadler, no fact witnesses came. ( therefore no factual lies took place) in front of / under the control of Nadler.

Nadler is now out on a family medical emergency and not taking part in the rules as part of the Judiciary Committee. He ( or Nancy ) has appointed someone else in his place. Certainly this could have been postponed until the need to Nadler was over. All of this seems more like Nadler is NOT WILLING to take certain acts so he is staying out of anything that would have criminal liability to it.
