I wonder if the SCOTUS hasn't opened up a can of worms with their finding that Boise has no right to cite vagrants camping on "public property".

"Those opposed to the law said the 9th Circuit acted properly in blocking the law, which allowed officials to charge homeless people with a crime for sleeping outdoors when there was no available space in shelters. The circuit court upheld โ€œthe ought-to-be uncontroversial principle that a person may not be charged with a crime for engaging in activity that is simply a universal and unavoidable consequence of being human,โ€ lawyers said."

I don't think it will be long before we see this law being tested on public lands, particularly in the western U.S. The USFS, BLM, NPS, USFS etc. have long held to a 14 day limit for camping on the public lands. This could get interesting as vagrants could occupy campgrounds and dispersed camp sites in competition with hunters and other recreationists.

How long before a similar court case addresses the taking of fish and game when the same standard is applied to food as this does to shelter?

This might get really fun when the homeless start impacting places cherished by the Sierra Club, ONDA, Nature Conservancy, Friends of the Earth, PETA etc. Libs eating their own (shit).

Clint Eastwood, Patriot, exposing abuse by "those you trust the most". Opening the door for normies to embrace the fact that our government isn't always your friend, and that abuses do indeed occur.

Not too much of a stretch to relate Richard Jewell's saga to that of General Flynn or Roger Stone. Good work "Rowdy".
