This is starting to sound like a deviation from the BOTTOM to TOP style of takedown used in unraveling an organized crime group. The reason for BOTTOM to TOP is because these groups/families tend to be like a Hydra. If you cut off the head by taking out the leader, it just grows 10 more heads who then fight for a while for dominance, before stabilizing the gang.
The end result of this is that arresting a leader causes an INCREASE in crime and in collateral damage among innocent civilians. And at the end of the flurry of activity, a new leadership structure takes control and any inside info the police have becomes outdated.
But what if you have 144,000 sealed court documents which could include thousands of indictments, each covering many people?
Then you could start with one of the very big names, like Hillary or Obama. The criminals cannot grow a new head to replace that person any time soon, especially when you release evidence and witness statements at the same time. The enormity of the crimes disclosed will STUN everybody in the literal sense of the word. For a few days they will be unable to act beyond flustered denials and repeats of the same old, same old accusations.
And then you start nudging the dominoes. Every day one or two more. Tick tick tick tick tick tick TOCK!

This will not be a time for Anons to say I told you so. Instead, you should ask questions about some of the easier stuff. For Obama, ask about the birth certificate issues and the plane crash with Fuddy in Hawaii. For Hillary ask why foreign countries gave the Clinton Foundation so much money, and why was Ukraine the biggest donor, when we have known for years they are one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

I wonder if Q is saying that Facebook is intended as a tool to out people who are undercover by tracking them through their relatives, schoolmates, etc. The word tangent seems to suggest an indirect targeting, and stringers is a term for people who are not full-time employees. For instance when a CIA agent stationed in a foreign country convinces some foreigners to supply intelligence, those people are stringer. They don't officially work for the FBI. If this is done inside the USA, and the CIA agent is a rogue involved in criminal activities, these stringer are accessories to crime and may be directly guilty of some crimes as well, even espionage.
