Interesting question. I haven't seen any serious conversation about what would happen if/when members of Congress are removed from office or charged with high crimes.
Something tells me that running off to a country where we don't have an extradition treaty won't do people charged with high crimes any good at all.
Indeed. I even heard Frank Luntz admit that Trump voters don't answer polls. He claimed it to be 2%. I think it is much higher than that.
