There are two important components missing were the first indictment/arrest be Loretta Lynch:
1) Loretta Lynch is Democrat. This would be bad for optics relative to GWB.
2) Loretta Lynch is too low level to trigger a mass awakening.

Dick Cheney is another possibility for first indictment and arrest. Cheney was GWB's VP, which draws a nice parallel to Biden and Obooger. Also, a lot of people know who Cheney is and it would tee up an arrest of GWB to lighten the blow of GWB's arrest.
Also, GWB may have flipped, in which case he might be testifying against Cheney in return for life in Gitmo instead of hanging by a noose.
This seems like a plausible scenario to me. Enough people would be shocked by it, it involves GWB (mass awakening), lightens the blow and still has good optics for the Republicans.

Only a very small proportion of the Democrat voters want any of the candidates. Most of them are just confused as to why their candidates suck ass so much and are searching for reasons. The Democrats are giving them reasons to bail on the Democrat party completely. Q is just helping in the background.
Both Barr and Durham work for POTUS. The left would immediately claim POTUS is simply eliminating a political rival and a lot of the Democrat voters would buy into that.
