Hmm I though enemy combatants could be tried in tribunals.

I was digging through prior drops for "Gitmo", "Guantanamo", etc. trying to figure out what the "trigger" event would be.

Per the Kavanaugh/Graham Q & A, it seemed to me that anyone designated as a terrorists or working with any country or terrorist (or any entity we're officially "at war" with) could be considered an enemy combatant (and thus tried in a tribunal).

What am I missing?

Jewgle didn't seem to find anything matching recently (past week) anyway.

I've been watching these two planes for hours, and they are hell-bent on finding something or someone.

i made a mistake earlier: the two planes convened in San Angelo TX, not San Antonio.
