Anon's on to something for certain. It's uncanny once you see it.
It takes a black soul to understand what they are getting out of it. The only glimpse most normal folks will get is the exchange of deeds for money/power.
You know that feeling you get when you finish a puzzle, or win at a game, or when OCD kicks in, and you finally get that dopamine hit when everything is exactly as it should be? This is how they feel when they exert control over others. We are their cattle/feeders. Now comes the hard part.
They actually worship Satan/Baal. They believe that what they are doing is granting them wealth/power. They kidnap, torture, program, rape (which the victim eventually breaks and becomes a willing servant), and eventually sacrifice, and consume their victims.
Everything Satan does is a perversion of what God has blessed us with. His proponents are elated to participate in those perversions. Seek God, anon. This is the reality of what we're dealing with.
It's not about sex (another form of worship) as much as it is about corrupting God's creation as much as possible.

Why was the last temptation of Christ such a big deal?
>Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”
Satan was telling Christ that He could have dominion over all the kingdoms of the world. This was Satan's attempt at playing God. Christ could have had supreme reign over all the kingdoms of the world then, and still today, had he simply bowed down to Satan. We are told that Christ denies this, and Satan departs at Jesus' command.
Why was this a temptation? Think about it a sec. Could Satan temp Christ with something that wasn't valid? The reality is that since the fall, Satan has been the ruler of this world. God has worked through his people to counter this. This battle never stopped after the NT saints all passed away. It's continued as the generations look further and further back to Jesus' timeline as a sort of hero myth instead of factual history.
And we all know just how good Satan is a wiping out history, don't we?
