Totally agree. That's why I learned to play the game the way I did. I started off as a mechanic. Then I learned how to fix everything else.
Fuck mechanics that cost $50 an hour to work on a car. Fuck electricians that cost $100 an hour to work on your house. You get the point.
Then I found a cheap house with taxes that I could easily afford.
Then I refuse to buy any car newer than 12 years old because registration on a car newer than 12 years old is more than $50.00. Car parts get cheap after 15 years.
It's all about tradeoffs. I don't want to get stuck paying any more than a minimum amount.
