The vote happened to get people on-record. Some (all or many) Dems knew that the facts being presented were made-up. There is FISA surveillance on them. Everyone will see that they were laughing behind closed doors.
2 or more people knowingly using false information trying to remove a President is called Seditious Conspiracy.
