It looks like Nancy can just not send the articles to the Senate.

Essentially Impeachment is like a judicial indictment. Then there is a trial - for Impeachment that trial is in the Senate.
What Nancy is trying to do by not sending the articles to the Senate is like the Courts indicting someone and refusing them a a trial to exonerate themselves.
No the supreme court can't because in the Constitution says the House has the sole power of impeachment.
I don't think that would work. Technically it would take a constitutional amendment to solve this fiasco.
