If the Supreme Court hears the Trump challenge to the bogus House charges in an emergency session before the Senate hears the trial of impeachment and disagrees with the House articles of impeachment as not up to constitutional muster, Potus45 will be vindicated unharmed from impeachment. The senate won't have to hold a trial. It's over. Done and the Democrats lose.
