Q is suggesting that it won't make it that far. Either way, there is not enough DS in the Senate to remove him. They are going to need more than Pierre and Lisa Murkowski.

I'm no lawyer but let's take a look why POTUS hot impeached.

 

1."Abuse of power" for allegedly withholding aid in order to get an investigation into the Bidens.

 

  1. "Obstructing Congress"

 

1 is bs of course because no aid was withheld and POTUS didn't force an investigation.

 

  1. Is bs because he is within his rights to do what he did.

 

It has been mentioned before but POTUS was within his rights to discuss investigations thanks to Treaty 106-16. If he didn't withhold aid and he was legally allowed to discuss investigations with the Ukraine, this should be thrown out by the SC before lunch.
