We landed back at JBA around 1140. POTUS came off the plane at 1150 and did not speak to the press before getting on Marine One. It is miserably cold, and the wind made for a bumpy landing.

And on cue some reporters will circle the wagons & defend their colleagues at all costs. Calling out reporters for inappropriate behavior is labeled (by the media) an attack on the free press. Reporters claim they “hold the powerful accountable”. But who holds them accountable?
