This is Jupiter. Jupiter holds both the rod and the ring. When he and Saturn converge during the renewed cycle (2020), we will return and sweep away the inverted presence, he will swing the pendulum and help us conquer evil.
Jupiter could also be called Nibiru, supposedly.
At least, this is what certain people think.
It sorta talks about this in Revelations, but I don't remember where exactly right now.
