So basically, it seems the Cabal operates on a 20-year cycle and they just reuse the same project plan over and over. Many names change but faces, as we've noticed, are familiar…because the Cabal is a giant inbred family. Their symbols, of course, stay the same. Seem to recall that a president died in office every 20 years going way back. Reagan 'broke' the chain but not really. After he was shot, well…GHWB was more than happy to pitch-in.
