The "church" is really not a building but a group of like minded believers that love God and follow His Word and believe in Jesus Christ - that he is the only begotten Son of God and was resurrected from the dead (Romans 10:9-10).
So, my answer to your quesion would be - there is and should not be any "denominations". Just Jesus Christ and him crucified!
