would be nice if anyone in DC cared about this.

makes life miserable for many of us. these heavily biased people make up 4 to 5 layers of management now, ensuring only token americans are ever hired and never promoted.

they are trained to lie on their resumes to appear impossibly qualified. kickbacks galore for increasing the outsourcing. contracts often managed by the indian execs themselves at US companies, not a separate procurement dept.

these teams of indian execs take over companies and run it for their own benefit. behave more like criminal gangs or intel ops.

The only way to eliminate the financial incentive for corporations and (even dirtier) outsourcing firms to commit visa fraud is to charge a tax on the salaries of visa holders that equalizes salaries.

They hire the visa holders, who generally have grossly inflated resumes for roles with similarly grossly inflated job descriptions and then immediately put them in intensive technical training programs.

Those company-sponsored technical training programs for visa holders are the proof that the resumes, job descriptions and even need for foreign workers is just a giant fraud.

Presumably Americans who don't lie on their resumes could also learn skills in a company-sponsored intensive technical training program.

When running an foreign intel op as a diversity campaign within the US government, a tech firm with sensitive data or - my god - a multinational US bank, get the leader in first.

Then have him evangelize diversity as he brings in the rest of the foreign agents on visas, and who just all happen to be from his home town or college.

My guess is most Fortune 500 companies already have active cells that are metastasizing within their organizations.

You know they all take their company laptops that connect to the corporate networks with them back to Pakistan, China and India when they go on vacation, right?

Handy to hack and monitor networks I assume.

How stupid would corporations have to be before it becomes implausible that they aren't knowingly and willingly participating?

Placing a controlled leader in first is key. As high an executive as possible.

Then the diversity campaign they run to bring in everyone else, to weaken US soft power or of course both is completely above suspicion.
