Mandela Effect has to do with sharing memories with "you" from another timeline.
There shouldn't be physical manifestations, just memories.
If "your reality" seems to change physically, then your consciousness may be entering another timeline.
However we can both agree that Hillary didn't run with Ellen.
So either somebody carried that slip of paper through a Looking Glass space/time displacement portal into this timeline…
