Iranian oil is classified as "light," which means it is closer to gasoline than fuel oil. Condensate can almost be used as a fuel, but you have to cut it with a heavier oil to use it.

 

So, Iran has more condensate than heavy crude.

 

The above having been said, I suspect that tanker was carrying something for NK, and that's why it was taken out intentionally.

 

On another note, I believe the SpaceX failure is disinformation, as another anon said earlier.

Rocket fuel doesn't care the feedstock. The main thing there is the oxidizer that is not from hydrocarbons.

 

The condensate is a normal Iranian export. I figure it had either nuclear fuel on board, technology (device) of some type, or even some scientist types since NK had all of its scientists killed in the mountain collapse.

 

The fact of the declared cargo, imo, is not relevant.
