It's not all about politics, it's about the character that endures and persevere thru all the shit. He's an amazing guy.
He also detail the tremendous amount of insidious, evil work the dims have been doing for many years, all to set up the 16-year plan.

I'd assume this ties in with POTUS' First Step Act. Ex-felons do need a second chance and if you've ever known a felon, you know that the chances of them ever re-establishing a normal life are close to zero, without this extra help.
Many are not hardened criminals. It's this Act that they will credit for their second chance in life - and they will vote accordingly.
Unironically, on Dec. 20, 1860 this happened:
