‘He’s Not A Healthy Guy’: Obama’s Former Doc Says Biden, 77, At Risk Of Stroke

The once sharp-as-a-tack politician could mix it up with the best of them, but now the former vice president often seems at a loss for words, sputtering and stammering as he talks. He’s also a gaffe machine, forgetting times and places and making all sorts of mental errors.

Now, the doctor that tended to Barack Obama for 22 years before he became president says Biden is not is good shape physically, either.

“He’s not a healthy guy. He’s not in bad shape for his age, but I wouldn’t say he’s in outstanding health,” Dr. David Scheiner told the Washington Examiner. “Could I guarantee he won’t have issues for the next four years? He has a lot of issues that are just sort of sitting there.”

Obama’s former doctor says he’s worried about Biden’s risk of a stroke after it was disclosed that Biden has an irregular heartbeat and has previously suffered aneurysms. He also said he’d like to see the results of an MRI or CT scan.

Pakistani Court Orders Ex-President’s Corpse Hung Outside Parliament for Three Days

Not only was former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf sentenced to death for treason on Tuesday, but on Thursday a special rider was attached to his death sentence stipulating that if he dies before he can be executed, his corpse must be “dragged” to the street outside parliament and “hanged for three days.”

Musharraf, 76, lives in “self-imposed exile” in Dubai, where he is currently undergoing medical treatment. He released a videotaped statement from a Dubai hospital last month denouncing the charges of treason against him as “baseless.” On Wednesday he issued a new statement describing his death sentence as a “personal vendetta” against him.

Iowa man sentenced to 16 years for after setting Pride flag on fire

An Iowa man who burned a church LGBTQ flag in June was sentenced to 16 years in prison Wednesday.

Last month, Adolfo Martinez, 30, was convicted of a hate crime, third-degree harassment and reckless use of fire, the Des Moines Register reports.

In June, Martinez stole a Pride flag that was hanging outside of Ames United Church of Christ and lit it on fire.

Story County Attorney Jessica Reynolds said Martinez was given the additional hate crime charge due to belief that Martinez burned the flag because of "what it represents as far as sexual orientation."
