Per the theepochtimes article, it appears there was FISA intell accessed by outside contractors that was DISCOVERED in March of 2016… March 2016… by Adm. Rogers.

Every 60 days the NSD & ODNI conduct reviews of the ABC's Section 702 activities. They are REQUIRED to report any incidents of noncompliance or misconduct to the FISC.

The AG & DNI must certify that the IC ABC's followed the law.

Loretta Lynch = Served as AG from 2015 until POTUS Trump.

Jan. 7, 2016 there was an IG report that indicates some shit wasn't right with controls for monitoring compliance.

THAT causes me to think this HIGHLY critical/secret intell was being accessed by people that didn't have clearance or true authorization (per PRIOR to Operation Crossfire Hurricane)… WAY before!

Anons knew most of this from Q posts but WE now want to know how long this foolery been going on prior to the beginning of 2016 - per the IG report (that was never mentioned in the REQUIRED reports to the FISC).
