Personally, Wray doesn't strike me as the sharpest tack in the bucket, but looks can be deceiving.
Plus, on top of the CIA and all its "contractors" being total shit and needing their money cut off permanently, I'm not sure the FBI can be cleaned up enough to be worth anything to anyone.
Going to be interesting to see the shocking plot twists at the end of this movie.
