In my opinion, what this says is the Ds only pushed impeachment so that the Senate can never call anyone into question about what they did in 2016… Graham said on Hannity not long ago that RR would be called in. Horowitz was just called in. They KNOW that the DECLAS and indictments are coming, but they don't want people coming into the Senate to openly testify, whereas Barr and Durham are working in secret. That's why Trump tweeted that he would push it straight to the SCOTUS, so it would not block the Senate at all from calling witnesses in an open setting.
