Stripes represent levels. Not sure if each stripe is a level, or just one set of colors of stripes. The Epstein temple appears to most closely resemble pic related, although another theory is that it was a recreation of the Tower of Babel.

Sure, we're all given gifts from God; these are gifts he does NOT take back, and it might be true that at some point, William J Clinton may have had a relationship with God, but it's evident he turned away from that path in life a very LOOOONG time ago. Billy should've known that.
