McConnell is holding up the impeachment trial, not Pelosi. Pelosi is using the Senate rules against them by not sending the House Managers to the Senate to file the charges, as per the Senate rule.
McConnell simply changes the rules, compels the House Managers to appear and the trial gets underway.
McConnell is ALLOWING Pelosi to hold this up.
