So if he's head of the FISA court and appoints the judges, and the FISA judges are complicit that means he's complicit in the abuse as well, right? If he's the first indictment that would certainly wake some people up to the fact that something certainly isn't right in the government.

So if a judge who would have to recuse himself for conflict of interests is indicted for crimes committed specifically and directly related to those conflicting interests, does that mean the case that would require him to recuse that was built on those conflicting interests is totally bunk as well?
