so i commented what makes up 1.4 Trillion to avoid a government shutdown. It is all out there if we want to see. Getting into the details of this could take time.

 

The first page of the bill gets us to 1.3T. The next 10 pages are a shitload of legalese to come up with the final 100B. I am pretty sure the "Limitations on adv appropriations in the house" in the amt of $28,852,000,000 for 2021 do not belong there. That amount is only stated for 2021 and 2022.

 

removing this amount from 2020 would bring the total down to 1.37T ~ 1.4T.
