Regarding last bread on the ham radio licence

I am taking the test for mine after new years, was supposed to test last week but date got moved

There used to be 5 classes/levels, but FCC reduced to 3 classes, with the beginner class being refered to as technician level.

Technician level ham operators need to answer 26 out of 35 multiple questions correctly to pass and anything less than 74%\26 correct answers is a fail

the test ranges many subjects whch i am positive none of them knew 74% worth answers

my premise is they all cheated their ham technician class test OR the ham test examiner was their guy SINCE the test is administered by volenteers who do ham themselves NOT FCCC or government

actually only approx. 2.6 million people hold a ham licence which is slightly less than 1% of thee population
