If I was a conspirator and I wanted to remove the President, I'd:

1. Impeach him but then hold the articles in a fake food fight.

1. Make the articles of impeachment easily re-activatable with a simple 51 vote majority vote in the change of Senate rules.

1. Hold that vote to re-activate the articles on Christmas Eve morning at 2am while nobody is watching.

1. Debate and remove the President in 2 hours.

1. Hold a Press Conferences at 4am with the FakeNews and declare it had to be done for the good of the Nation.

1. Hide for a week from the Public to let things die down while you use the National Guard to quell riots.
