Impeached, or not Impeached? That is the question.

Well, according to the Dems OWN Constitutional Law expert who testified last week that @POTUS committed impeachable offenses, @POTUS has NOT yet been impeached:

"“Impeachment as contemplated by the Constitution does not consist merely of the vote by the House, but of the process of sending the articles to the Senate for trial,” Mr. Feldman wrote in an editorial. “Both parts are necessary to make an impeachment under the Constitution: The House must actually send the articles and send managers to the Senate to prosecute the impeachment. And the Senate must actually hold a trial.

"“If the House does not communicate its impeachment to the Senate, it hasn’t actually impeached the president. If the articles are not transmitted, Trump could legitimately say that he wasn’t truly impeached at all,” Mr. Feldman wrote for Bloomberg.

"Should the House indefinitely delay sending its findings to the Senate, “then Trump could say with strong justification that he was never actually impeached,” Mr. Feldman added."….

Feldman's problematic statement to the Press on Thursday prompted Pelosi, Schitt and Co. and their handlers to immediately begin frantically running in circles with their collective hair afire.

Meanwhile, calmer heads among the Nation's traitors respond nonchalantly: "Meh…Mere semantics. He's impeached."

However, an easy answer to the question becomes apparent by asking another:

"What if Nancy and the Dems took no FURTHER action? What would be the result if they just let it die on the vine? Well, the only adults in the room, the U.S. Senate Majority, would end up cleaning up the toddlers' mess by passing a resolution voiding the stillborn attempt to impeach, much to the historians relief. But in the meantime, who suffers from Pelosi's unprecedented breach of duty? Well, just about everyone but primarily @POTUS who is suffering the ignominy of only being the third President who had a majority of the House of Representatives find that he had allegedly committed impeachable offenses. He is still innocent of said charges as the Senate is formally unaware of any Impeachment resolution as no Articles of Impeachment have been conveyed from the House nor have any House Impeachment Managers been named.

Yet the President has been slandered and libeled to the fullest extent possible. The clock is running and he has not even been formally notified that he has been impeached. In effect, the entire Government has been paralyzed by Pelosi and the House Dems. And in the court of public opinion, the jury is restless and exasperated and is hoping that reason and sensibility will take charge, dismiss this farce of a case and send them all home.

Now how about those squirming spineless Dems from Trump districts who are suffering from "buyers' remorse" which is just getting worse as time passes? Could it be possible for them to recant their vote? Could a mere 17 of them caucus with the House GOP and, as a majority vote, demand a "re-vote" under a motion to reconsider and kill the impeachment outright? Or could they all sign some type of resolution, send it to the Senate which would then give Mitch McConnell the support to pass a majority vote voiding or negating the original House attempt to impeach? Who knows? Once again, the irresponsible and criminal House Dems have pushed Congress out on the thin ice, into uncharted territory where Mitch McConnell, that shy and politically self-interested, self-serving penultimate Swamp insider could suddenly grow a spine.
