My business partner said he was an electrical engineer when we met. He certainly had the money to back up that claim. He worked for all the major oil company's like BNP. Come to find out he never had any electrical training. One day he worked for a pool company and the next he worked as an "Electrical Engineer" on oil rigs in China. I recently read about the soldiers who were electrocuted in the showers in Iraq and I can understand why it happened.
