still working too. mcconnell been promising coal jobs for 35 years. folks in e. ky just keep waiting and waiting and living on the dole. they could move an hour west to any town on I-75 and have a better life but they are stubborn and ignorant. only thing that will help that part of the state is an interstate and they've been talking and talking for decades about it and have done nothing but put up signs that say "Future I-66". i knew by the time i was 18 that place was going nowhere so i made my own future there until i could escape.

i was an alcoholic. almost died. quit drinking cold turkey and weed helped me through it. also helped with anxiety so i stopped my prescriptions. i became more interested in life and became more active. lost weight and my BP went down so i quit those meds too. weed enhanced the flavor of foods…especially healthy foods…so i ate better and was able to stop another med for high glucose. my last drop of any alcohol was over 5 years ago and i have no doubt i am alive and healthier today because i smoke a few bowls a day. i don't smoke if i'm driving or doing something dangerous…but didn't with alcohol either. weed also helps with my chronic back pain so i don't even need nsaids anymore. pissed me off that it is so stigmatized and illegal. so many lives hurt just because they wanted to smoke a little herb instead of taking chemicals or drinking poison.
