I agree with Rick Wiles that Steele was probably trying to gather intel from her. Why else would he be sniffing around her? We know that Obama was using every US intel agency to spy on Trump and try to frame him for Russian "collusion".
And we know from the first paragraph of IG report that Crossfire Hurricane started based on a tip from FFG ("Friendly" Foreign Government) re: Papadapolous
When did the foreign government start sniffing around? Steele was pursuing Ivanka in 2007.
