There are two glyphs spray painted on a wall. They both consist of an inverted triangle with a larger circle above it and touching the horizontal top side of the triangle near the leftmost edge. They also both have a very short line to the right of the triangle. In one glyph, the line is horizontal and in the other glyph it's vertical.
It's conceivable that the artist had the letter Q in mind when creating them and intended to depict it stylistically, but we'd need to see other letters drawn in a matching stylistic font to confirm that theory.
