This is really the mildest form of action the court could take. Why don't they ask the FBI to identify/confess to systematic abuse of the court, and put blame not only on an individual lawyer (Clinesmith I believe it was) but on the whole chain of command and lack of supervision and KNOWINGLY allowing it to habben and question EVERYTHING the FBI has submitted to the FISC?
