If they could Twitter LIBs could mess with Q+'s tweet times and even by seconds the syncs would not occur.

The statistical significance of my trial would be insignificant due to the equipment & providers I use.

I pray to God that Q+ and Q have astronomically better equipment and internet provider.

That said my deltas for an statistically insignificant test quantity, are OBVIOUSLY no where near the deltas of Q+ and Q…therefore my thought and question,
