Do this

then zoom in on SoCal.
On the upper right corner click the gear (Settings).
Select from the list All Magnitudes, US for the longest period it shows.
Accept after the warning prompt.
Then you'll see all the EQs, not just the ones the Fresno Bee considers important.
You can scroll down the list on the left or sort it by date, magnitude, etc. using the Settings gear.
