That screen cap most certainly does NOT look even remotely like a properly formatted document for ANT court, let alone a federal district court.
The plaintiffs are most certainly bullshit. You can't simply claim representation for some unknown people. I've never seen a fake court doc this poor. Furthermore the two complaints are gibberish. There's no specific law or policy that lays out the definition of "misuse" of technologies that fall under these overly broad categories. There's also no law, rule or other that automatically assumes a Tort with respect to this vague "misuse", even if true. As for the second, it's fucking plebbit tier. Federal courts do not hear complaints regarding "endagering the human race" because it's outside the courts scope. It's also stupid, in that any halfwit can make a reletively cogent narrrative/arguement that "X" endagers the Human Race. See global warming, the SPLC's white power boogey man etc. The second clause of "2's" sentence reintroduces us to the phantom "misuse" chimera.
I'm honestly kinda pissed that anyone here would even think this is other than bullshit.
