Either Pelosi transmits the articles of impeachment or she doesn't.
There are two paths from that decision point.
If she does, there is a further decision point, how long will the trial last.
If she does not, then nothing much happens except Pelosi and democrats look VERY weak.
What happens if RBG dies or cannot continue on the Supreme Court?
Surely, President Trump can pick another and can rely on the senate to confirm. There's the checks and balances for any perceived conflict.
I cannot see any successful play left by the democrats.
I don't believe the senate trial will happen or that President Trump will testify.
Declassifying the original FISA warrants looks like a fake red herring too.
I think FISA brings down the house is referring to the previous warrants we didn't know about that are going to be investigated ala the decison on [D]ec [5]th from the FISC which was made public at the end of the last business week.
Could that lead to a FISA warrant on Hussein that was executed? Being a foreign born asset of another country?
