Male Nurse Allegedly Recorded Hundreds of Patients, Sexually Assaulted Woman in Pennsylvania ER

FRANKLIN COUNTY — A former nurse is accused of secretly filming 206 patients at UPMC Carlisle.

The Attorney General's Office says Michael Bragg, 39, also sexually assaulted an unconscious woman in the hospital's emergency room.
