this is not promising. it's by someone who's not a lawyer who didn't bother to even look at how to really draft a lawsuit. would urge to avoid – maybe the allegations are interesting, but this case is going nowhere.
maybe in California there's a law against "endangering the human race with the misuse of artificial intelligence technology" or "complicity in genocide, china," but these are not valid causes of action. in fact, any normal judge will probably refer to a magistrate judge, who will then say this case is a joke, allow for a redraft if they are feeling generous, and then dismiss.
don't waste your time. a first week law student would do a better job.
