Manas was next door in Kyrgyzstan and shut down in 2014. Was there once and it was a C_A hotbed, Khaki mafia everywhere. There was talk about moving it to Kazakhstan ( see: https://en.tengrinews.kz/military/us-may-relocate-air-base-from-kyrgyzstan-to-kazakhstan-22091/ )
I don't see anything stating that the move was made but that doesn't mean it didn't.
