its an old drug. Never taken it, but pharmacologically, it should be no different than taking adderall (sustained release) combined with coffee. Its merely caffeine joined to amphetamine and functions as a prodrug to each.
Not sure how they make it exactly, but that doesn't rule out "big pharma." Probably could be sourced from clandestine labs in china or produced in house in the middle east.
Not exactly a "super drug" IMHO, but certainly would provide an edge in combat situations.
