I really don't understand why so many are accepting at face value the idea that there is a constitutional requirement which mandates official delivery of the charges…those are Senate rules and the Senate can vote and set them aside and then continue with the trial…
Unless doing so would prompt a court filing by the Dems to somehow stop the trial…I'm not getting this. The vote was made, seems to me the Senate is free to disregard Pelosi bullshit.
What am I missing?
