• something about the declass of fisa abuses hinges on using the senate trial as pretense for legally applying 1.7 from this EO

• without the senate trial as pretense, a declass is not easily obtained meaning even if bad players are arrested, the REASON and PROOF wont be public knowledge

and teh dems will capitalize and claim its a trump coup.
