There are analytics all politicians use in determining the voter base in the districts/counties they represent.

(1) phone call would be counted as 5 to 10 voters.

(1) person showing up at an office would be counted as 20 to 80 voters.

This particular time of year (Christmas/New Years) these elected officials are enjoying their time off with their family, at parties, shoping, eating out… FIND them and make them feel they have no escape from US citizens..
