I agree with this to a certain extent, the leaders who commit acts of war for profit against our allies should be held to account and stripped of ill gotten wealth and privileges.
This would make sense if he had access to nuclear weapons include submarine launched D5s like the one launched at POTUS after the G7 on June 10th last year, right?

I think Q is telling us "clear and present danger" is not because the dems can be controlled. That clearly is not a clear and present danger because there are ways to expose that. Clear and present danger is in the realms of biological, chemical or thermonuclear threat. The latter being clearly linked to that term from a Tom Clancy novel.
Q cannot tell us directly that Soros has access to nuclear weapons, but it is the ONLY thing that makes sense right now.
By-the-way Soros (and perhaps others like the UK Royal Family and Macron) having access to nuclear weapons to strike at allies would put 99% of people in the hospital.
It could be that there are a LOT more actors with Davy Crocketts than previously known.
That's the sort of thing you'd invent a pilotless spacecraft like the shuttle that stays in orbit monitoring that for a long mission each time, that humans couldnt manage.
Knowing that everyone's nukes are pointed at their allies rather than their enemies and they are prepared to use them against huge populations of civilian friendlies if President Trump outs their previous crimes?

Ok, so the Vatican, the British Royal Family and others including George Soros, have direct access to nuclear weapons and will use them against their/our own people (civilians), if President Trump exposes their crimes.
