Only the FAA could do that. Have they done it in the past?

 

Any Planefags around who can check/inform? I'm pretty sure it's a NOTAM but woefully ignorant on how to get those (especially the historical ones from the pacific region)

FAA will put out NOTAMs for ares where there are mil aviation exercises, as well as when overseas conflicts threaten air traffic, etc.

 

Flying into a rocket would be no bueno, and NoKo rockets have been known to go off course before.

 

Still…what US carriers routinely fly near the DPRK? It's odd
