I don't think it's spoopy but can't rule it out either.
Many anons post images with filesizes much larger than this, which contain lots of compressable data that hasn't been compressed.
I run an app called Trimage which removes image bloat.
this image loses 35% when Trimage chews on it. (Pic 1).
Also tried exporting the original image from gimp as a PNG. When choosing compression level 5 (about midway) the file size shrinks a lot. (Pic 2)
I am dealing with anons' images all day long everyday, and it is uncertain whether there is anything at all unusual about this image. The minimal use of compression is pretty common with the imges posted by anons.
Verdict: Can't tell if spoopy or not using these 2 methods.
